Bubble tea is authentic and one of the best in the city.

Ordered 9 large cups and the lady made real swift and tasty. Will come back again!

This is the place to get your authentic Bubble Tea in Edmonton. You have a huge range of selection from hot to cold, with or without milk. You have freedom to add toppings. The service is amazing and very helpful when it's your first time ordering bubble tea.Too bad it's in a hidden road close to Whyte Ave otherwise the place would be much busier. It is very clean and tidy so if you're with a group you can sit comfortably while enjoying your tea.

I had Best Bubble tea there

Great taste, great presentation, clean, tidy and spotless environment.

Modern and clean shop with many choices of bubble tea beverages. You can customize the amount of sugar and ice that goes into your drink. They also serve egg waffles and authentic Belgian pearl sugar waffles that are extremely delicious.

Good service, but their fruit smoothies are not good. Large chunks of ice, not well blended, and not much selection of flavours. Their traditional style bubble teas are likely better

Gong Cha was alright. Definitely tasted like the "healthy" variety of BBT. The tapioca was very bland to the point where it made the whole drink bland. The milk cap was pretty good though. We came here with a group of 6 and while the rest of our group got their drinks within 5-10 mins, one person in our group waited 30 mins for his. A special drink maybe? Who knows. Free Wi-Fi in store and the place was pretty new -- but overall, it was an OK place, with OK drinks; it was an OK experience. But don't take my word for it, try it out yourself!

"A true hidden gem of Edmonton City. I love this place, but it tends to be unnoticed because of its "out of sight" location on Whyte Avenue. With a variety of drinks and flavours, you are sure to enjoy this place as the lines aren't long most of the times. The owners are genuine happy and full of smiles when customers walk in.

Had Taro and red bean. Does not come with pearls and its cold. Tasted good.

Came in 5 mins before closing, and they greeted me with smiles. Overall friendly employees and the place is very welcoming and homey. Always a good place for some bubble tea.

Iced green tea

I first heard of this place in Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised to find that they are also here in ETown! Never had an issue at this location. Drinks always come out quick and as advertised. Pricing is average. This is a bigger location with tables and chairs to lounge in. Biggest table they have here seats 6.

My go-to location whenever I'm on Whyte Ave for bubble tea that I am sure will hit the spot. The flavor profile of Gongcha always outperformed other bubble teas because the real tea accents outshine the traditional sweeteners found in its competitors.

High quality tea, friendly service. On the pricy side

My friends and I come here all the time! We support this place 100% and wouldn't pick a different bubble tea place over it. We tried the others but this one is the best.

More tea tasting, less sweet than Cocos. I love their earl grey 3J. Their salted caps are also good too.

I'm obsessed with this place! I first discovered it on my trip to South Korea/Japan and have been a fan ever since. I can't have dairy, so there are plenty of options other than the milk teas here. 10/10 would reccomend for anyone who loves bubble tea :)

I've wanted to come in for a while and finally got a chance to with my friend. I ordered their matcha green tea with red bean and was free to customise it also! It was so good. The cashier was very nice, especially to a first comers like us and helped my friend choose something to their liking. Definitely coming back!

Really good bubble tea!

My favorite place for premium Bubble Tea. The service is not always the fastest, but the tea is worth the wait. Gong Cha has a pretty good loyalty program through SMS with frequent specials and goodies.

Finally, I've reached a place that kindly greets its customers upon entering the store!The cashier girl was very friendly and polite. I can't stress how awkward it is to visit a cafe and the barista cannot do something as simple as saying 'hello'.I ordered the QQ Passionfruit Bubble Tea. It 👏🏻 was 👏🏻 amazing! Half sweet, light ice - and already included coconut jelly + sago.Highly recommend. Other places on Whyte, not so much.

Their signature cream foam is smooth. Nice atmosphere. No music is a minus. If you are looking for a place to hangout with friends for an hour or two, I would recommend this place.

Bigger space than the downtown location. Friendly staff and fast service. This location is not too busy which makes it a quiet and relaxing place.

The drinks are good, but it's quite pricey for the amount you are getting. Aside from that, the staff are nice and prompt and it's not usually busy.

It's made with fresh fruits, such a nice difference.

One of my favorite places in Edmonton. Summer or winter you will find some incredible drink, desserts or snacks.

4.3 Stars for this Bubble Tea Place. Nice Location, Good Prices, Tasty Drink. Very Sweet though, asked for Half Sweet and Woahh still Really Sweet. Anyways Good Enough to Probably go back Again.

There are lots of choices on the menu. The tapioca is very tasty. Good place for having cup of bubble tea! Also, the salty crispy chicken is very delicious, and the staffs are very friendly in here!

Love it. Tea is delicious. I walk by two other bubble tea places on my way here and this one is totally worth. The staff put so much detail into every drink.

We went on a slow Monday afternoon so the service was really fast. Sitting area is very clean. They don’t offer as much as of choice compare to some other bubble tea places but they make very tasty teas, and they are pretty cheap. Liked the place, will come back again for sure.
